حساسيت بين فرهنگي ونقدي بر روش

امروزه وبا كوچك شدن يا به عبارت ديگر چروكيده[2] شدن جهان بحث مطالعه حساسيتهاي فرهنگي اهميت تازه اي پيدا كرده ومطالعه حساسيت هاي بين فرهنگي بدون داشتن يك متد مناسب ممكن نيست.يكي از متدهايي كه در سالهاي اخير طرفداران زيادي در محافل آكادميك پيدا كرده متد بنت است .بنت حسايت بين فرهنگي را روي يك طيف شش قسمتي مركب از انكار[3] ، دفاع[4] ، كمينه سازي[5]، پذيرش[6] ، انطباق[7] ويكپارچگي[8] تقسيم كرده است. 

درعلوم انساني معمولا كمتر پيش مي آيد كه همه روي يك متد توافق داشته باشند اما با اين وجود از نظر من متد بنت يك متد جديد است. بنت در اندازه گيري حساسيت بين فرهنگي يك متدعالي ارائه ميدهد.عالي بودن اين متد در وحله اول نه بدليل دقت آن دراندازه گيري حساسيت بين فرهنگي كه در توانايي انطباق آن با شراط مختلف انساني است.به عنوان مثال در كشوري مانند ايران براي اندازه گيري حساسيت بين فرهنگي در ميان دو قوميت  بدليل سطح پايين حساسيت بين فرهنگي ميتوانيم دو قسمت ابتدا وانتهاي طيف را حذف كنيم وبا ميانه طيف به تحقيق بپردازيم.ديويد استرافون[9](2003) در مطالعه حساسيت هاي بين فرهنگي درميان دانش آموزان يك دبيرستان چند مليتي در جنوب شرق آسيا قسمت انتهاي اين طيف را حذف كرده وبجاي آن مرحله انطباق را به انطباق شناختي ورفتاري تقسيم كرده است.برخلاف آنچه به نظر مي رسد طبقه بندي بنت يك طبقه بندي گسسته نيست.در طبقه بندي بنت هرچند حساسيت بين فرهنگي بصورت مرحله به مرحله بالا مي رود اما نمراتي كه به آزمودني ها اختصاص مي يابد پيوسته است وبنابراين كاملاً مشخص است كه يك آزمودني روي طيف ودريك قسمت دركجا واقع مي شود.درمتدبنت حساسيت بين فرهنگي بابالا رفتن نمره كم مي شود واين مساله فهم تحقيقاتي را كه با اين متد انجام مي شود را مشكل ميكند وبنابراين شايد بهتر باشد اين طيف را به صورت برعكس مورد استفاده قرار دهيم.

As Zygmut Bauman says Globalization divides as it unites.in so-called christian europe wich fought centuries of clashes against muslims,one of the most believed and practiced religiosns is now Islam.today every europian can feel the fever of  this clash clearly.we know that the major obstacle to economic improvement and improvement of human life conditions are the literally hundreds of civil wars and ,even worse, the cultural wars where people are to busy destroying eachother to agree on some way to work together to solve common problems.in my article with a synergetic approach ,I will show that one of the best solutions-if not best- for the glocalized and shrinked world is an integrated method of multiculturalism . In this method we use a spectrum of experienced methods from intercultural tolerance and intercultural dialogue to more detailed programs such as employing teachers from various ethnicities. Sometimes it is more important to keep quiet and wait for the other to describe their actions or simply try and wait for a difficult moment to pass, with no explanation, no rebuke, no desire for interpretation or apology, but an acceptance that is patient and tolerant, except of evil. Only in this way we can reduce the hate and enmity and then we can be hopeful about the future.
